Polident are called Corega Tablets in Germany. Polident for denture cleaning has been known and appreciated by menstrual cup users for a long time. Quantity: 8 tablets, individually packaged, original packaging Polident Biological Formula contain highly effective and gentle detergents whose performance is intensified by a biological activator. The tablet will clean your  cup effectively without affecting it's material and even deodorise it in case any unpleasant smell may have manifested. POLIDENT does not contain any abrasive materials and disinfects menstrual cups effectively and material-friendly. Odour causing bacteria are removed from the cup surface. High quality mint oil leaves a pleasant, fresh smell.

Instructions:
Solve one tablet in a glass of warm water (250 ml). If more water is used, it is necessary to also use a correspondingly higher amount of tablets.
After use, rinse the menstrual cup under running water and put it into the cleansing solution. Please make sure all of the cup is covered in cleansing solution.
The cleaning process will be finished after 10 - 15 minutes. Remove the cup from the solution and rinse thoroughly with cold water.

Please don`t let the menstrual cup sit for too long in the cleaning/desinfection solution (max 15minutes).

Návod
Umyjte kalíšek vodou. Rozpusťte 1 tabletu  ve 250 ml studené vody a ponořte kalíšek. Ujistěte se, že uvnitř kalíšku nejsou žádné vzduchové bubliny. Kalíšek bude sterilní po 15 minutách ponoření. Před použitím ho omyjte vodou.
Pokud chcete roztok použít opakovaně, umyjte si ruce před vyjmutím kalíšku z roztoku.
